Britta-Cordula Dieckmann graduated from the University of Cologne with a Master of Business Administration. After starting as a trainee and junior manager at Dresdner Bank AG (Düsseldorf/Frankfurt), Britta-Cordula Dieckmann worked for Metso Lindemann GmbH, a producer of machinery and equipment for metal and residual material recycling, as assistant to the head of 'Organization and Business Administration'. Here she was responsible for realizing the 'Business Process Re-engineering' project.
In the following ten years Britta-Cordula Dieckmann worked for PwC Consulting, IBM Business Consulting Services and Capgemini Consulting as Management Consultant and, as such, was responsible for the management of major transformation projects. As Project Manager she advised clients primarily in 'Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)' and in large ERP/CRM implementation projects for 'Change Management/ Communication' and 'Human Resources Management'. She also built up a separate business unit 'Change Management for IT Implementation Projects' both at IBM and Capgemini.
Britta-Cordula Dieckmann joined Industrie Consult as partner in 2007. She specializes in mechanical engineering and IT as well as the food, retail, textile and service industries and consultancy.
